The static image was liked photographs or pictures etc. and dynamic image was caught by a camera to the computer. At the catching process the computer’s operating system or a large of datum which caused CPU load over and the phenomenon was late and made for the efficiency system lower or unstable. It was unsuited for environmental saving energy in the times because the computer’s volume was large and higher consumptive efficiency. For this reason、we adopted TI DSP plate and Video Daughter Board (vDB) collocating single axle moving platform which was done the developing system. At the same time、DSP provided with the function of direct memory access (DMA). At the image catching process、we could move the datum to buffer memory and reduce the loading at no disturbance the CPU to get the goal of the tracking vision imediately. The target and platform’s position of sensor of the thesis was by using CCD camera. We caught the image by Daughter Board transferring to DSP C6416T which dealt with and analyzed the information to get the position of the target which transferred the signal to servo by DSP.
