Also, this research aims to explore whether the demographic variables of trainees and their supervisors will make a statistical significance on the degrees of satisfaction. There are five items on the training assessment model: ‘training contents,’ ‘learning facility,’ ‘modes of instruction,’ ‘learning aims reached,’ and ‘degrees of the hard working of the trainees.’ In addition, the changed behaviors of trainees after training include two items: ‘the behavior change of the whole group’ and ‘behavior change of the individuals.’ This research suggests that: (1) Trainees show a high degree of satisfaction on the five training items. (2) The extent of satisfaction of the trainees and that of their supervisors is statistical significant, and the latter is lower than the former. (3) Among the six demographic variables, three of them: gender, position, and service unit, make significant differences on satisfaction of the items of training assessment. (4) After training, two of the variables, age and seniority, make a significant difference on satisfaction of trainees’ behavior changes. Key words: in-service training, satisfaction, demographic variables Ruey-Yih Lin 林瑞益 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 80 zh-TW
