However, currently, regarding with the Collaborative Product Development’s key success factor literature and discussion is not much; and related to the Collaborative Product Development operation, working mode and the management …etc. haven’t had the further research. Therefore, this research will base on Taiwan NB ODM X-company operation to state the operation of collaborative development to do the case study. It will aim at the different point of view including the development process, the operating interface, the organization designs even extends to the client side, and the supplier collaborative working situation and so on to discusses key success factor of Collaborative Product Development, according to the case, more enterprise will know how it does more effectively and reduces the unnecessary effort, moreover, reducing the development schedule and meet time to market target.
