The Study of Hot Springs Residents' Sense of Community Awareness of the Impact of Tourism and Tourism Development in Attitude-the Comparison of Chihpen Hot Springs in Taitung and Hongye Hot Springs Area

碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 餐旅管理學系碩士班 === 96 === The purpose of this study is to study Chihpen Hot Springs in Taitung and Hongye Hot Springs region and the residents of the areas having sense of community awareness of the impact of tourism and tourism development of attitudes related research. Research survey of the objects to the actual living in Taitung Chihpen Hot Springs and Hongye Hot Springs of the community residents over the age of 18, a total of 440 questionnaires were issued, effective response of a total of 341 questionnaires, and the effective response rate of 81.97%. Questionnaire survey by the exchange of valuable information for the entire questionnaire survey conducted after the factor analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, t test, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Discussion and suggestions of the study are as follows: First, the higher the sense of community residents, the more support for tourism development attitudes. Second, the higher cognition of residents' positive tourism impact, the more support for tourism development attitudes. Third, the higer cognition of residents' adverse tourism impact, for tourism development attitudes, there is no significant impact. This study proposed to strengthen the Chihpen Hot Springs area community activities and interaction between residents; this will allow community residents to actively participate in the activities of their own will and the degree of increasing networking. In response to tourism development in the crowd, strengthening relevant supporting measures should be ahead of major festivals and planning flexibility in response to traffic control measures as well as a large throughput of a temporary parking lot. Allocate the necessary budget for each of the local feedback to help improve the local traffic, road or any open software and hardware facilities, so that local residents can feel that companies are making money but also to take care of the residents in a kind of repayment, and through this delicate interaction with each other, residents can also make a contribution more to local tourism development. Hongye Hot Springs can reference Chihpen Hot Springs as a benchmarking, well-planned tourism development in the Hongye Hot Springs area well before the beginning of tourism development in the overall planning, and create the future tourism development of the macro situation. Increasing government and private investment, enhancing the speed of tourism development, the government can help enterprises solve the obstacles encountered, in order to bring tourism to local financial resources, but also to provide work opportunities for local, so Chihpen Hot Springs and Hongye Hot Springs area residents can increase income and a greater willingness to stay in local development.
