碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 教育領導與發展研究所 === 95 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of the motivations and the satisfactions of adult students of educational department in on-the-job master program and the differences between these two asides which had been analyzed by different background adult students. The questionnaire survey collected the 275 surveys from 11 educational departments in on-the-job master program where are 4 on north, 3 on mid, 3 on south and 1 on east of Taiwan. The 198 surveys were valid in this study which means the response rate was 72%. The data collected from the valid copies were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and and stepwise multiple regression.The outcomes of the study were as follow: 1.Adult students have the higher motivations which are compared to others to learn. Realizing interesting is highest one and expectations form others are lowest one. We can tell the difference from the gender, age and working experience. 2.These students are intend to have higher satiation for their learning. The highest satiation is study environment and the resource and equipment are lowest one. 3.The study motivations are obviously related to satiation 4.Motivation is predicable with satiation.
