Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 96 === The purposes of this study were (a) to study role conflicts and job satisfaction of the senior high school PE teachers in Taoyuan County; (b) to compare the differences among selected demographic and school environment variables on role in the conflict and job satisfaction; and (c) to analyze the relationships among role in the conflict and job satisfaction. A questionnaire survey is conducted in this study. The samples include 193 teachers from 28 senior high schools in Taoyuan County. The rate of effective responsible poll is 77%. Methods of analyzing surveys are Descriptive Statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe, Pearson correlation and the conclusion are as follows: 1.For the senior high school PE teachers in Taoyuan County、the average score of role conflicts is 2.86. It’s about average. 2.For the senior high school PE teachers in Taoyuan County、the average score of role conflicts is 2.86. It is between middle and high levels. 3. Teachers with different “service years” , “position” “concurrently coach ”, “school property ” and “School level ” had obvious difference in job satisfaction. 4. There are significant negative correlations between the role conflict and job satisfaction of the senior high school PE teachers in Taoyuan County
