The military educate depending upon their personal specialty, they make an effort for the unit and serve faithfully for the nation. The purpose of this research is to stidy the most suitable work specialty combinations for the army professional volunteers. To amplify the educations, intelligence, knowledge, experience and aspiration of the volunteers during they are serving in the army. We study the adequacy categorizes according to the volunteers’ specialty can move up the manpower resource operations. It will help troops trains and promote the troops war capability. The findings of this study found that the most suitable work options for the volunteers is the location of the unit, the next is work specialty and the last one is the unit property. Current allocation of the volunteer soldier is assigned by sequence. But If the volunteer can fill out the questionnaire designed by this study before assigning task, they will find out the most suitable work. The volunteers depend on their own specialty to give them training in order to attain use and training combination expected object.
