The voltage source of lithium Ion battery is electrochemical reaction, and therefore the battery ages with the discharge and recharge of the battery. The aging of the battery, which can be examined by experiments, also affect the change of the internal resistance and the battery capacity directly. In the literature, there has been no lithium Ion battery circuit IsSpice model established in connection with the discharge and charge characteristics and the aging of lithium Ion battery. In the aspects of applications, the established model is also applied to the cells equalizer, from the simulation result, one could tell that the cells equalizer is exerting energy transfer on the cells to ascertain the lithium Ion battery will neither over-charge nor over-discharge. The established charging and discharging models of lithium Ion battery not only can be used for the relevant designs of lithium Ion battery; and its simulation result could also be taken as an important index of reference.
