The combination of E-commerce and 3C retail channel becomes the main model of business trading in the future. The main purposes of this research are: (1) To find out the evaluation factors when 3C chain retail adopts E-commerce business model and their relationships to performance. (2) To analyze the decision process of selecting business model for the cases in the study that implemented E-commerce. (3) To discuss the major strategier when 3C chain retail adopts E-commerce in future.
After analysis of literatures review, case studies, and focused group interview, the research has some important findings:(1) 3C chain retail channel that adopts E-commerce by using material brands, and operation business by integrating the real and virtual models may increase the performance of E-commerce. (2) 3C chain retail sales channel have E-shopping web site should provide various kinds of products and high quality of service. (3) 3C chain retail sales channel that operates E-shopping web site and holds various kinds of promotions attract the customers may raise the operational results of E-commerce. (4) 3C chain retail sales channel that handles E-shopping web site which provide convenient, safety, enrichment E-shopping environment may promote the performance of E-commerce. (5) 3C chain retail sales channel runs E-shopping web site which has excellent operation groups and abilities may promote the performance in E-commerce. (6) 3C chain retail sales channel that manages E-shopping web site which integrates the internal information systems and reduces the cost may increase the performance of E-commerce.
