Under such environment, the public relationship industry was formed. This study aims to investigate the formation stages of the PR industry under the outside environment change, and try to understand the inner re-construction process based on the change of Taiwanese society. We found that the change in the customer and the mass media environment have great influence on the whole PR industry.
After we find the above phenomenon, we try to understand the adjustment of the PR company from a case study. Through observing its organization adjustment, we analyze a strategy and a best model for the PR organizations.
