Description
Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 心理學系 === 96 === Abstract The researcher of this thesis is a seasoned elementary school teacher. In 2003, she went back to college for further study, re-examining her methodology of action research for the past about 23 years (since 1985). The writing of this thesis unfolds initiatively from the situated knowledge, re-examining the starting point from the present situation: tangling with the repetitive and vulnerable theme “I got hurt” in an official workshop;arousing a small group of experienced teachers to following the academic but socialized supervisor Professor Sha to get involved with the autonomous worker’s association movement; generating energy when viewing education as labor; then, consequently reinterpreting her story of family from the angle of a worker. To be an irrevocable practitioner of education is destined to take the road untaken.
