碩士 === 佛光大學 === 公共事務學系 === 96 === The Taiwan Presidential election was held on March 22, 2008.To gain a better understanding on political alienation of public servants of Ilan district offices during Taiwan Presidential election 2008, We issued questionnaires to them in March and May. Through the questionnaires result, we can research the variaiton of scale for causes of political alienation during then by running the Time Sequence Analysis which is one of the statistics methods. The results of data analysis presented the following: 1. A strong degree of overall political alienation was shown by public servants of Ilan district offices before Taiwan Presidential election 2008 and after then. 2. The analysis found that the factors which contributed to political alienation appeared two peaks on the lower left and the higher right by public servants of Ilan district offices based on political aliehation origin meter. 3. The key factor of political alientation of public servants of Ilan district offices was the moral-political anomy based on the factors of political alienations. 4. The seniority number and educational level had great impact on political alienation of public servants of Ilan district offices based on individual factor.
