Stratified sampling is applied in this study: Five hundred questionnaires were released, and the retrieved valid questionnaires are 500 copies, from which 475 valid ones were obtained. We use the SPSS 12.0 statistical software to do statistical analysis. Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis are the major research methods. Refers to the finding and summarizes the implications in management to serve as a reference to the future management and operation:(1)PO fit is negatively related to Job Satisfaction, PG fit & PJ fit had no significant effects.(2)PG fit is negatively related to Working Morale, PO fit &PJ fit had no significant effects.(3)PO fit is positively impacts to Working Morale, PO fit &PJ fit had no significant effects.(4)Job Satisfaction is positively impacts to Working Morale.(5)Job Satisfaction is positively impacts to Job Performance.(6)Working Morale is positively impacts to Job Performance. According to the above survey outcomes, negatively related of compare the results, and more general conclusions.
