Summary: | 碩士 === 佛光大學 === 傳播學系 === 96 === This study aims at researching on the self-image development of freshmen in social organization interactions, based on past negative cases. According to the cases, we would figure out how the self-image of freshmen would have been affected by the interaction among their boss and colleagues, and how they would go to change when they suffer the problem of interaction.
On the basis of the concepts of symbolic interactionism, I created the questions for interviewing the past negative cases. In order to understanding that how they were changed their self-image through enter organization before, in real organization, and after changing their second job. Finally, I used narrative analysis approach to explain the stories of cases, through similar items to show their thought about social organization interactions
The conclusion is when freshmen would have suffering problems of interaction or cognitive dissonances; they would change their positive self-image into negative self-image. Therefore, they would have feeling of inferiority, frustration, and diffidence. Their working expression would have been affected by negative self image.
