Researchers interviewed 12 school teachers, 18 school students and 3 students’ parents in Yi-Lan county to see how classroom blogs were used. The results shows that, from the pedagogical perspective, the classroom model of blogging has helped elementary school teachers to integrate instructional resources, tools, as well as students learning methods, Therefore, classroom blogs can enhance instructors to reach various instructional goals such as managing the classroom, motivating learning interests, controlling learning schedules, documenting learning histories, and evaluating learning effects. From the communication perspective, classroom blogs have been used as a forum for teacher-student, teacher-parents, and student-student communication. This communication helps build an awareness and understanding of blogs and benefit the instructional program of a school.
