What this thesis studies is the test for thermal performance for solar collector. According to the Chinese National Standards CNS B7275, we build a testing system including the program design of the testing system, temperature correction, plumbing, assembly line, the system design and set up. Since the CNS B7275 does not stipulate the flow rate to test the thermal performance for solar collector, this thesis desides to test it in different flow rates.There are five different flow rates in this research, 1.0(l/min)、1.5(l/min)、2.0(l/min)、2.5(l/min)and3.0(l/min).In each flow rate, we caculate the generalized performance equation of the collector. The result shows that the performance is better when the flow rate is larger and when the flow rate is larger than 1.5(l/min), the performance can conform to the subsidy level which the Bureau of Energy, Ministry of Economic Affairs makes.
