In order to improve the performance of wireless transceiver, we combine (Step Impedance Resonator (SIR) with open loop resonator to design filters. We found better harmonic suppression than traditional design by analysing different ratio of length of stubs in SIR. Obviously, it is suitable to shift first harmonic frequency as well. Therefore, we proposed two structures of filters, one is wide stop-band bandpass filters with 4f0 to 8f0 harmonic suppression, high selectivity and compact size at 900GHz (GSM), 2.4GHz(WLAN) and 2.6GHz(WiMAX) and the other is dual band bandpass filter at 900GHz (GSM) and 2.6GHz(WiMAX) approached by adjusting ratio of impedance of stubs with wide pass band property easily conformed to multi-function of modern communication product. But it is hard to suppress second harmonic frequency. Above filters have good agreement between simulation and measurement results. In this work we use simply structure to realize wide will realize wide stop-band bandpass filters and dual band bandpass filter are more suitable for wireless transceiver nowadays.
