The questionnaire structure is including the personality and performance, which to part using the table of Big five personality and annual performances core to analyze and the questionnaire to divide into parts personality, personal statistice and background of personal marketing data. The effective questionnaires are 142 and using the SAS statistic program to receive the basic data, further to analyze which statistic finding the positive effect between performance and personality which are conscientiousness and emotional stability.
