Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 電機工程所 === 96 === The purpose of this thesis is to design a 3-phase, 2-pole, 3-slot, 14000-rpm, and 400-W surface permanent-magnet brushless motor. First, the motor design and analysis software, SPEED is used to design the prototype motor. The finite element electromagnetic field analysis software, Flux 2D is employed to calculate the performance of the motor. To minimize the cogging torque, maximize the average torque and efficiency, the Taguchi method is used to refine of the parameters of the motor. Finally, to investigate the stresses and displacements of the rotor under high-speed operation, the stress analysis of rotor is presented, and to learn the temperature distribution within the motor due to high-frequency operation, thermal analysis using Motor-CAD is also conducted.
