Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 電子工程所 === 96 === One-dimensional Zinc-Tin Oxide nanowires are firstly prepared by electrodeposition in the anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template, and were oxidized at 700℃ for 10 hours. Field-Emission-Scanning electron microscopy indicates that the ordered Zinc-Tin Oxide nanowire arrays are entirely filled into pore of the AAO template. X-ray diffraction result shows that the as-synthesized one-dimensional nanowires are crystalline and have the highly preferential orientation. Energy dispersive spectrometer analysis observation shows the composition atomic ratio of Zn to Sn is very close to 3:97, 50:50, 66:34 and 90:10. The comparisons of different atomic ratio nanowire arrays are observed by the measurements of ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy (UV-vis).
