Domestic wastewater, Industrial wastewater, Livestock wastewater in great quantities, result in the water pollution gradually serious. River pollution because of the pollutant not dealt carefully with and entered the river and exceed the river to permit ability, and change the river normal use of the quality influence of water, then endanger peoples health and living environment. This research make use of Old-Zhuoshui river as a research case stady, utilize QUAL2K water quality modeling imitate rivers water quality state, and with LINDO program to estimate the assimilative capacity, then understanding the pollution carrying capacity of Old-Zhuoshui river, using this as the valuation of the measure result of the pollution improvement. According to the mode simitation result in Old-Zhuoshui river pollution improve valuation. In first object : reach to standard its BOD and NH3-N to cut down quantity have to 19% and 14% above.
