This study is expected by the PDA with GPS capabilities in mobile computing, servers will be different formats of GIS data to the PDA migration, and the actual inspection of the use of facilities used in pipeline. As GIS data format in the commercial market have long had their respective areas of different applications and different formats. Therefore, this paper will examine how the various formats of information were stored in different server, Server from their PDA information to migrate, so conducive to the application of mobile computing. This paper will also implement a pipeline facility inspection systems, this system will be established in the database space, desktop computer through the screening information, including the scope of regional conditions, the basic topographic maps and layers options conditions, and other facilities.
