Because of the maturity of industry-university collaboration and intermediary institute between industry and university, in recent years, technology transfer between industry and university have already increased gradually, due to the difference of background and incentives, it still have to make improvements. Therefore, how to make technology transfer between industry and university effective becomes an important issue, and the focus of this study is to analyze the influence factors of technology transfer in university-industry collaboration. In the process of technology transfer in industry-university collaboration, this study divides the major roles in three portions which are “technology transferor (university)”, “technology transferee (industry)” and “intermediary institute”. According to the literature review and the interview of the expert, the research designs a questionnaire to university teachers, business employee and inter-media institution, and there are 112 usable returns. By analyzing 112 usable returns, the result can observe the relation between influence factors and technology transfer willing to participation. In universities, the result of the study shows “Incentive of technology transferor” and “Self condition of technology transferor” positively influences the willing to participation of technology transfer in industry-university collaboration. In industries, the result shows “Self condition of technology transferee” and “Incentive of build up the technology source” positively influence the willing to participation of technology transfer in industry-university collaboration. In intermediary institutes, the result shows “Resource of the intermediary institutes” and “Transfer process of intermediary institutes” positively influence the willing to participation of technology transfer in industry-university collaboration. Based on the influence factors of this study, it provides some suggestions when Taiwan builds up a technology transfer model in industry-university collaboration.
