about B&B Homestay on Tao-Mi area
Abstract
In the last few years, tourist industries reach the booming point ,Due to the policy on the two days off in one week that government has practiced.. Under the change of people’s new concept on that Regardless, from the traditional, ordinary hostels’ point of view and the grand hotels’ lodging process differ the alterations in a more leisure, individual, acknowledged living interface, the becoming phenomenon of the accommodation. More, after the “921”the greatest earthquake, our government strongly promotes the policy upon the development of tourist and the agricultural industries that are combined with the multi-effect and the exercise of creating a local organized community. Consequently, many private hostel parks in numerous counties and cities start growing, including the Taomi region in Puli where its industry is depending on the promotion on how to construct the local private hostels the first of the main motif on this research. Hence, the method in developing local private hostels leans to the unity of both environment and industries; the priority shall be elevating the level of the hostels’ accommodation management. Furthermore, emerging out of a well-organized natural eco-systematic living community is now worldly known. Thus, the perch of the living evaluation system and developing mode—the second motif of the paper.
The method, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used on this research. In addition, the study case is based on the local hostels in Taomi area. The manner, given on the paper, intends to approach from three factors: views of production, visualization, and academic, by survey, interview, personal observation and experience. At last, the study shows the advantage and the disadvantage according to the analysis and discussion of, firstly, the management , secondly, the environment , and thirdly, the space of the main construction, the three aiming focuses to the incoming issues on the local hostels development. As the result, the research comes out with a mode and strategy, according to three factors above.
