It is convenient for maintenance mechanics to perform failure judgment and repair. After the TFE1042-70 model engine executes engine start with different methods in our two wings, there is significant difference in the axis breakdown of the ATS(Air Turbine Starter)and APU(Auxiliary Power Unit)ahead of time for regular exchange. Due to the different methods of TFE1042-70 model engine starter, collecting the attrition records of the failed items from the regular exchanges and the flight time of the aircraft from 1997 to 2006,this study through SPSS attempts to analyze the correlations among the frequencies of the flight, ATS(Air Turbine Starter)axis breakdown ,and APU(Auxiliary Power Unit)turbine as well as the requirements of the maintenance expenditures. Finally, the engineering economics decision-making investment methods performing the analysis of the optimal projects were used to integrally analyze and estimate the efficiencies of the APU(Auxiliary Power Unit)or the outer electronic start engines. For the purpose of securing flight safety, preserving national defense budgets and enhancing the availabilities, the researcher intends to find out the optimal scenarios for the planes, maintenances, control units, the requirements of the expenditures, and, at the same time, establish the references of the daily(regular)maintenance, the procurement of the new weapons and equipments in the future. none 李克聰 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 53 zh-TW |
