Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 化學工程學所 === 96 === Nowadays, the flexible carbon fiber composite widely apply to the electronic products, the recreation spot, the aerospace, the car and the general industry and so on. The surface of the carbon fiber composite mainly is the polymer, so its surface is easy to wear. If there is the anti-scratch thin film on the flexible carbon fiber composite, it could be possible to cause the maintenance to be artistic and increase its life time. The merit of Plasma polymerization is can carry on the polymerization thin film under the room temperature, but the pollution lowers. So the motive of the study is depositing transparent anti-scratch thin film on the flexible carbon fiber composite by low temperature plasma polymerization method, and promoting the ability of anti-scratch. Pencil test system (ASTM D3633) is used for checking the surface hardness. Cold Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM) is used for analyzing the film thickness and surface morphology.
