The video arcade industry becomes the main part activity of people’s life. In the traditional ideas, the video arcade always causes the damage of social security. On the other hand, it’s the interaction channel of people. The development of video arcade and how to management becoming the meaningful indicator of country. By the research, we submitted the suggestions to government and the business to have the good communication system in their interaction.
This research passes to the interview among relevant competent authorities of the government and person who engages in video arcade industry with the interconnected system of relevant materials. By the following directions, we found the problems of the management of Taichung’s video arcade.
1. the current development and the management relationship
2. the judicial police bring up the derive crime ecology cause by the video arcade industry.
3. the management system bring up the current situation and the factors
By comparing present situation, submitted the suggestions as the followings, improving the social image through the setting-up of enterprise''s community responsibility; to promote the government administrative supervision to make the video arcade industry become the harmless and Hi-Tech recreation.
