The main purposes of this study are: (1) to understand the present condition of organizational health climate of school; (2) to analyze the present condition of teachers’concerns for change on professional development evaluation for teachers; (3) to compare the difference in organizational health climate of school and teachers’ concerns for change between participator and not participator; (4) to discuss the relationships between organizational health climate of school and teachers’ concerns for change. This study was conducted through questionnaires. We had 726 in-service teachers as participants from 55 randomly sampled public elementary schools in six cities and counties from the central part of Taiwan. The total number of valid responses was 667, and with a response rate of 91.8 %.The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation. Findings of the study were as follow: 1. Teachers perceived a high level of school organizational health. All aspects indicated that, teacher affiliation is the highest, subjectivity of institution is comparative lower than the others. 2. Teachers perceived a middle level of teachers’ concerns for change on professional development evaluation for teachers. About teachers’ concerns for change, personal and informational concerns are higher than the others. 3. Organizational health climate of school is very important to the teachers’ concerns for change. There is high correlation association between organizational health climate of school and teachers’ concerns for change. 4. Some teachers are reserved towards the professional development evaluation for teachers. The promotion of professional development evaluation for teachers appears to be insufficient. 5. There is no significant relationship between organizational health climate of school and concerns of management as well as concerns of consequences. Finally, suggestions based on the above research findings were presented for educational authorities, school administrators, teachers and future researchers.
