Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 工業工程與系統管理學研究所 === 96 === Unpredictable dynamic events occur from time to time in real world production shops. These events disturb planned schedules, disrupt production, and delay order completetions. Dynamic events can take many forms, including new order arrivals, machine breakdown, etc. Optimizing production schedules for efficiency and performance is an important practical problem. This research will develop a dynamic scheduling system capable of dealing with two kinds of dynamic events, namely new job arrivals, and machine breakdowns. A “machine breakdown handling rule” is proposed for dynamic scheduling systems. A dynamic job shop production environment is considered and ant colony optimization is applied to determine the optimal scheduling solution. The performance criteria are makespan and mean flow time.
