Never the less,job satisfac-tion is a way to motive employees remaining the enterprise. This research purpose is discusses the leader condition, the organization culture, organization support consciousness and the staff works research satisfaction relations, and confirmation organization support consciousness intervening effect. This research take the north area governmental agency, male (private) the camp enterprise staff as the research respondants, picks way of the colony sampling, altogether sends out asked volume 500, the effective recycling asked volume 264, the returns-ratio is 52.8%. And by the factor analysis, the single factor variation number analysis, peels woods statisti-cal method and so on correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, level regression analysis carries on the material analysis confirmation. The result of this research discover, the leader condition with the organization cul-ture, and work satisfaction between approximately assumes reveals to the relations, when organization support consciousness joins makes the level regression analysis, discovered the leader condition, the organization culture works relations satisfaction to the staff to organize support consciousness imtervening. Namely this time organizes the culture to work satisfaction to the staff to turn not reveals the correlation, this expres-sion works as the staff to feel the organization support consciousness, its enterprise cul-ture is picks what kind of organization culture to be unable directly to affect the staff to feel, but the leader condition way can work influence satisfaction to the staff also to be able to reduce, a trade union passes the burden for the organization support conscious-ness minute construction surface in from about to its work satisfaction "the organization supports" or "the manager supports" creates. Therefore may obtain a conclusion, along with big environment fast vicissitude, organization culture if is unable the immediate coordination to revise, another internal conformity question also is unable when com-pletes to short time processing, the enterprise operator may from the organization sup-port consciousness direction begin, to cause the staff to feel the organization and the re-sponsible support, then enhances the staff job satisfaction.
