碩士 === 大葉大學 === 教育專業發展研究所碩士在職專班 === 96 === This research attempts to define the statistical distribution using the perfectionism, social support, and suicidal ideation for adolescents with different social background. The correlation among perfectionism, social and suicidal ideation are also investigated. The suicidal predictability based on the perfectionism and the social support is also analyzed. The research is conducted through survey on six hundred public middle high and high school students at three different regions (north, central, and south) of Taiwan. All data are analyzed by Descriptive Statistics, Independent t-Test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation, and Multiple Regression. The summary of this research regarding adolescents is listed below: 1.The social culture background does not play a role in perfectionism and suicidal ideation. 2.There is positive correlation between the perfectionism and suicidal ideation. 3.The social support and perfectionism are not significantly related. However, the social support and suicidal ideation are reciprocal to each other. 4.It is possible to predict the suicidal ideation based on social support and perfec-tionism. Based on the data in various publications and the conclusion of this research, dif-ferent suggestions are made for parents, teachers, educational administration, and future research.
