Cheng-Jong Lee Da-Yeh University ABSTRACT This study discussed the relationship among students of community college fit-ness class, their level of participation, learning satisfaction, and continuous learning intention. Based on literature review, the measuring variables for the level of partici-pation included: course content and after-class practice. The measuring variables for learning satisfaction included: teacher’s instruction, learning environment, in-class in-teraction, and administrative service. The measuring variables for continuous learning intention included: self-enrichment, encouragement from friends and family, and re-ward system. Structural equation was employed to validate the level of participation, learning satisfaction, and continuous learning intention. The overall model fitness has achieved the ideal standards, =106.1、 /df=4.42、GFI=0.921、RMR=0.044、RMSEA=0.110、AGFI=0.853、NFI=0.930、RFI=0.895、IFI=0.945、CFI=0.945。 The results showed that: (1)the reciprocal relationship between level of participation and learning satis-faction was validated;(2)learning satisfaction showed positive influence on continuous learning intention;(3)level of participation showed positive influence on continuous learning intention. Lastly, conclusions were deduced based on the research model, and proposed management implications to community colleges on service management. It was sug-gested that related organizations should interfere to assist improving the learning en-vironment, establishing teaching quality control mechanism, and enhancing students’ learning intention after the completion of the course.
