Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士在職專班 === 96 === The main objective of this research is to understand present situation of network management and the satisfaction of leasing cases among public schools in Changhua County and also to know their mutual influence. It can be used as a reference for educa-tional departments and schools in implementing network management and IT outsourc-ing leasing cases. Based on the literature review in this study, have developed the ques-tionnaires of network management ability, the information systems maintenance,the in-formation equipment maintenance and the satisfaction of leasing cases in Changhua public county schools.It conducts comprehensive questionnaire test of 215 Section Chief of Information Technology in Changhua County,and the resource of information is analyzed through statistical techniques such as descriptive statistics, independent sample T test, regression analysis, univariate analysis of variance, etc.
The major findings of this research are as follows:
1.In the campus network management status,campus network management abilities and information equipment maintenance are generally good in Changhua public schools, but there is a lot of space which deserve efforts in the information system maintaining.
2.In overall terms,the lease case satisfaction in Changhua public schools is generally good, but the restoration software satisfaction is lower.
3.Some personal and school variables for Changhua public schools have significant impact in the status of the network management and the lease case satisfaction.
4.The network management abilities of the Section Chief of Information Technology can significantly affect the information equipment maintenance and the informa-tion system maintenance, but for the existing IT equipment and information sys-tems, there was no significant difference.
5.Existing information system maintenance and the lease case satisfaction have no significant correlation, and the major impact for the lease case satisfaction is "rental information equipment maintenance ".
