Description
Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 事業經營研究所碩士在職專班 === 96 === The main purpose of this study is to find the key factors affecting the performance of Industry-University Cooperation. The researcher extracted five basic research dimen-sions as the first hierarchy via literature review and expert interview, then subdivide them into ten factors as the second hierarchy. Through expert questionnaires based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and the application of the software of Expert Choice, the weight of each crucial factor is determined. In addition, the relative importance of above extracted factors was further derived by applying AHP approach. The most important factor is equipment and technical in process yielding weight 0.438, the second factor is staff interactive yielding weight 0.188, the third factor is project management yielding weight 0.180, the fourth factor is financial support yielding weight 0.119 and the last is policies and regulations yielding weight 0.075. Furthermore, we also determine the relative weights of ten considered criteria corresponding to critical factors. The first two indicators are technical maturity in process (0.3188), and the program targets set (0.1072).
