| Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 事業經營研究所碩士在職專班 === 96 === This research is for the purpose of understanding the current general state of the Medical Laboratory industry. The Medical Laboratory industry will become an uncer-tain and complicated environment in the future. To analyze it using Scenario Analysis, and to consider the state of the past and present of the Medical Laboratory industry, this study will attempt to develop a simulated scenario that gives indicators about the future industry, explaining and predicting the possible development of the Medical Laboratory industry's future.
This research structure regards the hospital as the starting point, and probes into consumers, suppliers, the Bureau of National Health Insurance etc., for the hospital it-self inherently brings with it uncertaintanties; this analysis will be complemented with a document discussion, and it will depict a possible scenario of the future by using the Scenario Analysis.
The results of this research will be dictated according to the steps of Scenario Analysis, the results of which will be obtained from estimating, sorting, constituting, and setting up three uncertain axles, which are the changing National Health Insurance, the changing Medical market, and the changing Population structure. And this will set up the four kinds of possible scenarios of the future using situation logic: the Co-opetition market, the slowly growth market, the difference market, the corner market, and carry on the discussion to analyze every situation, proposing a competitive strategy under these hypothetical conditions. Through Scenario Analysis this study will offer concrete and feasible developments to propose to the Medical Laboratory industry about setting up high-quality medical care, competitive positioning, increasing product range and the role of the government .
