Through the information collecting, construct selecting, questionnaire design, sample choosing and questionnaire investigation to probing discrepancy and relation that the staffs of university at different situation for job characteristics, job satisfaction and organization climate get influence on job stress. Finally, according to studying result propose suggestion for the reference of follow-up research. This research used the staffs of public and private university of Changhua country as the research object. Sending out 420 questionnaires and retrieving 308 questionnaires (73.33% of retrieve rate). Total counts 278 effective questionnaires (90.26% of effective rate of questionnaire). We get a certified conclusion is using SPSS software to statistic and analyze: The job stress of staffs of university is highest causing by working load. It means that the job stress of most staffs derives from the working load. Thedifferent personal factors in staffs of university causing evident discrepancy in three items including Job Characteristics, Organization Climate and Job Stress and partial construct. In the item ‘Job Satisfaction’, only sex and age show obvious difference in partial construct. The relation of partial construct in job satisfaction, organization climate, and job characteristics shows obvious negative,and the relation of technical variation and job stress shows obvious positive. Among these relationships, the relation of organizational climate and job stress is highest. On the organization climate and job characteristics, staffs of university have obvious forecast to the job stress.
