A total of 502 valid surveys were collected, with the following results: 1. Overall, present high school baseball athletes feel that the team dynamics are good, with no major difference with how they feel about team harmony. However, the felt team satisfaction is comparably lower, while the team cohesion to be the highest. 2. High school baseball athletes, depending on their grade level, the years working with the coach, the status as starting players during tournaments, and weekly training frequency, have marked difference in their team dynamics. 3. High school baseball athletes, depending on their grade level, the status as starting players during tournaments, and whether they have been a team captain, have marked difference in their team harmony. 4. High school baseball athletes, depending on their grade level, the years working with the coach, and whether they have been a team captain, have marked difference in their team satisfaction. 5. The team cohesion of high school baseball athletes does not vary with individual background differences. 6. Team dynamics have significant effect on team cohesion; while team harmony has significant effect on team satisfaction and team cohesion, which show that the better the interactions among athletes, the better the team cohesion. When the team harmony is good, team satisfaction and team cohesion significantly increase. According to the research results, recommendations are made to further study the high school baseball sports. With the understanding of the factors affecting the team cohesion of high school baseball teams, team cohesion can be improved to enhance the performance of the baseball teams.
