| Summary: | 碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 網路與通訊研究所 === 96 === With the fast development of the Internet combining with the wireless network, communication way changes by adopting low-priced Internet communication manner. The assignment of Internet Protocol (IP) address to a host is fixed according the located area of this host. The property results that the conventional network programs been designed are based on fixed IP addresses. With the rapidly growth of the portable devices, a process with the device has high probability to surf on different wireless networks. Therefore, the address of a host will be changed according to the located subnets and the convention software is difficult to run normally on this environment. In this paper, we offer the new method that the communication among mobile subscribers do not stop when the subscribers surfs on Internet. Even the user without a communication equipment moves to another place, as long as to the new environment has the capability to connected to Internet, the users still acquire the communication service and will not lose the contents sent to them when they were located at the environment without Internet.
