Summary: | 碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 保險金融管理系碩士班 === 96 === The trend of globalization sweeps across Taiwan, the current of "new economic" already to create the major influence of the industrial structure in our country, what is more, the human resource moves outside caused for growing the third world and all increases the chance that the enterprise downsizes the employees. In addition, the number of matriculation people of our university and college in Taiwan had risen in recent years; relatively, the unemployment rate of university graduate student also appears rising phenomenon, causing society the deep concern higher education can grow to have well student of employability. Have already become the key subject of current higher education in light of the employability; so the study is treating the teachers’ viewpoint for the employability degree of the insurance related financial cluster that students most to own, then it makes a comparison with the difference in the value degree of the employability by students, understanding to the competition ability of students must own in future incumbency.
The study uses two kinds of methods about the quality and the quantity as to the study method: The quality is compiling the curriculum that aims at university and college in our country and further controls the current condition about the curriculum programming of the insurance related financial cluster. The quantity is taking the higher education as range of research, implementing the questionnaire for teachers and students of the general university and the job college in our country, the insurance department (contains the risk management and insurance departments...etc.) and the finance department (contains the financial departments...etc.), and uses two factors with the basic data and employment for the mainly frame. At teachers’ questionnaire, these totally issue 814 questionnaires, the valid questionnaire recall 139 and the valid sample recall rate is 17.08%; and students'' part totally issue 800 questionnaires, the valid questionnaire recall 282 and the valid sample recall rate is 35.25%. The data of questionnaire collection carries on the analysis through the mode, such as the Descriptive Statistics, the Reliability Analysis, the t-test and the Hierarchical Linear Modeling.
The result of the study is follows:
1.There are different accent that the curriculum arranges in each school by the curriculum programming for the insurance related financial cluster of the higher education. In the generally employability, all putting great emphasis on the students'' future ability to "the job programming"; and in the profession employability, then is developing "the business profession" ability of students for main target. By all accounts, in spite of the prescribed or optional subjects, the finance department mostly will set up the insurance related curriculum with the professional curriculum of "the insurance" to be the main choice.
2.Through the mode of HLM as a result, teachers all are taller than students in the value degree of "the work attitude", "the job programming" and "the professional knowledge"; among them, the difference margin of the professional knowledge is the biggest. Therefore, teachers and students all think "the work attitude responsible" is the employment that students most to own.
