However,there has not been many thesis published on this subject . The motivation behind this study is to discuss related capitalization and management strategy of motels because it has become such a distinctive part of the vacation industry . This study’s main objective is based upon how the motel industry could grow and compete in an ever changing environment . Through the analysis of real data, to find a theory of management that combines realisitic management experience,with corporate capitalization plans and direction , to achieve a strategic target that conforms itself to the essence of it’s particular locale, to become a blue print of growth that will lend itself to future planning . The hotel industry is one of the oldest in the world . Motels are an adaptation of a necessary service into a specialty that conforms itself to the times . The goal of this study is to help the motel industry find a better recognition of it’s strengths and weaknesses through vigorous study of data so that it can better place itself in a position to achieve innovation in the traditional service sector and to achieve better cost effectiveness with the help of government’s encouragement of tourism in general.
