Description
Summary:碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 生物技術研究所 === 96 === Anisomeles indica O. Kuntze (Labiatae) has been used for treating damp heat, carminative, stomachic, detoxification, pain relief, rheumatoid arthritis, gastroenteritis and other inflammatory diseases in folk medicine. In present study, the stem parts of A. indica were extracted with hot water. The combined water extract was partition with chloroform and n-butanol. Each layer was concentrated under reduced pressure individually, and then subjected to silica gel column chromatography, thin-layer chromatography, and recrystallization. Nine compounds were isolated among 4 compounds structures were also determined. The four compounds namely : β-sitosterol, stigmasterol, acteoside, ovatodiolide. Now studies are under progress on these isolates for their anti-inflammatory properties. In effective component quantification aspect, in view of ovatodiolide, discuss the best way to extraction efficiency and quantitative analysis by HPLC. The experimental result pointed out the combined water extract was partition with n-hexane can fast and effectiveness to purify ovatodiolide from A. indica. After repeatedly experiments, the study estimate that one kilogram stems part of A. indica can get crude extract 253.17 g, and 10.6 mg of ovatodiolide. The yield is 238.84 ppm and purity over 95%.
