Because each organization the characteristic is different, so this research just to human resource of being applicable to the Administrative Departments of a technology university uses performance indices of human resource and uses the information system of the results management just.
This research method is to adopt document analysis a method. Analyze to the school organization in managing human resource, have the using of meaning of the importance reference performance indices of talent use. We can be classified: teaching and staff promote, background, structure, manage and control. Analyze a method through the document. Compile related performance indices connotation and importance by investigation. Also take university of technology as an example, Make use of the Microsoft SQL Server to create the information system of the performance indices. Expecting can acquire more the management tool of human resource of having the important meaning.
The result of this research can be classified into several items is as follows:
1. Establish manpower dispensation performance management system of human resource.Through systematic analysis of various performance indicators of output value and size of the implementation of recommendations as a manager of reference for decision-making.
2. In the performance indices of human resource, the related data such as background and structure etc. of analytical teaching and staff. Can provide governor to establish to meet a science and technology university demanding work condition and more suitablely enlist to select standard.
3. Fully aware of the status of the human resource distribution to the recruitment and training and education planning to do with each other, Improve the organizational commitment and performances, then play a human resources management to achieve the objective function.
