In the simulation, the ARC film that designs four kinds of center wavelengths plate it on the solar cell of Si and AlGaAs substrate. after measurement the surface reflectance of Si substrate, compare with the efficiency of solar cell, can find after comparing, the ARC film center wavelength in 600nm with solar cell, the efficiency is higher than the ARC film center wavelength of 500 nm, 700 nm and 800 nm, therefore, can know from this result, the AlGaAs solar cell plate an ARC film of the best plate thickness is the center wavelength of 600nm.
