碩士 === 清雲科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 96 === In this research, we will apply fuzzy multiple-criteria decision making to corporate governance rating system in Taiwan in order to improve existing domestic rating system. This thesis will perfect the corporate governance rating system of capital market in order to reduce the level of asymmetric information and lower the cost of gathering information for domestic investors. The study is trying to use historical as well as selected expertise opinions to construct the hierarchy structure of corporate governance performance evaluation in Taiwan by referring the domestic and foreign documents. This model can adequately express the fuzziness of concept in evaluation process. Finally, the aggregation fuzzy assessment of different company in Taiwan is ranked to determine the best selection by ideal and Anti-ideal Solution.
