Developing the recycleable and renewable energy is necessary in this modern time. In particular, the solar energy plays the important role in the renewable energy section. Moreover, the solar power electrical systems have been applied to lots of equipments, such as watchs, calculators, lights, heaters and cars. So the design of solar energy system is urgently needed. The purpose of research is to design an independent solar electrical system, using the perturb and observe method for maximum power tracking (MPP) and buck-boost converter and full bridge inverter for supplying AC power, incooperating with modern power electronic technology to achieve low cost, high efficient and reliable .In order to reduce complexity of circuit design and system control, a single-chip microcontroller is used as a control core of the system for its high calculating speed and simple programming syntax. Finally, under different insolations and temperatures, the researcher used the data of maximum power tracking method to prove that the system was maintained in the maximum power tracking point.
