Therefore, the induction-heating systems can reach small, compact, and efficient properties. The principle of the induction heating is based on a main way of utilizing a phenomenon of electromagnetic induction to heat metal devices. High-frequency alternating current feed in heating coils in order to produce an alternating magnetic field. Then, the work-piece in the magnetic field will induce eddy current to heat itself. In this study, a load series resonant induction heating system with voltage source full bridge inverter has been constructed and use phase-shift pulse width modulation to incorporate leakage inductance of the transformer to achieve zero-voltage-switching, therefore reduce the loss in switches and increase the efficiency of the system. Finally, the operation characteristics and heating performance of the induction heating system are analyzed and discussed. Chin-Man Ho 何金滿 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 109 zh-TW
