Summary: | 碩士 === 中原大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 96 === This thesis presents the design and implementation of a Grid-connected Inverter for Hybrid Renewable Energy Generation System. The proposed system configuration consists of a power stage circuit and a control stage circuit, The input dc voltage sources of system configuration consists of the PV array and the wind turbine. In the power stage circuit ,the system configuration adopts the multi-input dc/dc boost power converter as well as perturb-and-observe algorithm for the maximum power point tracking of the hybrid system to achieve all-time optimum power output and realize the effective use of renewable energy. The proposed dc-ac inverter of full-bridge conversion system can supply the local loads and feed excess power to the utility network with unit power factor (grid-connection mode), or it can supply loads exclusively (stand-alone mode).
In the control stage circuit, digital signal processor (DSP,TMS320LF2407A) is used that the control kernel of system to reduce the complexity of circuit design and control. Maximum power point tracking (MPPT) of multi-input power converter and inverter to connect a utility grid feature can be realized for both solar and wind energy.
Finally, a 1.5 kW prototype fed by solar energy source and wind energy source is built and tested. The system can feed proper power to the grid in grid-connected operation, while for stand-alone operation, the rated line-voltage is 110V and the frequency is 60Hz. Besides, the experimental data show that the efficiency of the whole system reaches 82 % and voltage harmonic distortion of single-phase inverter output is 4.29%, which complies with IEEE Std.519. Experimental results are shown to verify the performance of the proposed power converter system.
