The advantage of it is not need to work in the high vacuum, and the degree of consistency luminescence is high. FEEL is the low vacuum degree component that composed with a negative plate glass and a positive plat glass. When exerting a voltage, the electron is emitted from the negative plat to strike the phosphor powder on positive plat and luminescence. Therefore, the life time of the component is closely linked the sealing technology. Sealing method of FEEL is coating the glass glue on the glue region of the negative plate glass and the positive plat glass.Useing the clip to fasten it and agglutination by heating. To connect the vacuum up to the vacuum value that we need and Sealing the component. The Current of the component will decay after sealing.
