Summary: | 碩士 === 中原大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 96 === As the economy develops, more and more people attach importance to sports and leisure. In fact, bike riding is not only a traditional mean of transportations, but also a mainstream of sports and leisure all over the world. Recently, the environmental awareness has been raised and creates a huge demand of pollution-free bikes. With the pressure of worldwide competition, company P has already emphasized on its brand image, innovation, and services to create its competitive advantages. To achieve this goal, products mush been diversified, and gradually lead to multi-variety and small batch production. Capacity is the most important factor which affecting the cost in the processes of production. However, the processes of production would go well only if the capacity control is being properly implemented. Thus, the company can certainly ensure its competitive advantages in the market.
The purpose of the study is to solve the problems above and make production flow smooth, using the existing systems through service-oriented architecture to quickly establish the SOP and to provide the staff all the technologies, processes and information regarding production. Therefore, the source of demand will be automatically generated SOP regarding actual production, the model to describe tools will be UML, and the implementation of the system technology platform will be J2EE. In this study, we use the intermediary design software (MDA TOOL) as a tool to define objects. All objects, defined as individual XML format file, in this model will be compiled into codes on the J2EE platform through MODEL COMPILER, and will be deployed and tested. Such a system of development model already includes those necessary elements of SPA and integrates all the information needed in all levels of users. Besides, this also enables staff to obtain correct information within shortest time and, therefore, enhances the competitiveness.
The results of this study are (1) to obtain accurate information through adopting service-oriented architecture and automatically generated SOP for the existing system, (2) to provide the most immediate production conditions and enhance competitiveness, and (3) to fulfill the requirements by enabling organizations to change the system rapidly and flexibly.
