Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 工業工程研究所 === 96 === In this competitive market and poor economic environment, many businesses seek to mark down prices. In this micro-profit market, businesses use strategic integration to reduce cost. On the other hand, electronic product tends to deteriorate and has short product lifecycle. Enterprise must develop new products that are profitable. This study drives a two echelon inventory model where retailer is the leader. The rate of deterioration is assumed constant and demand increases with price decrease. We then consider a varying rate of deterioration using Weibull distribution and apply profit-sharing policy. The objective of the study is to maximize total supplier’s profit. A computer dynamic search algorithm is developed to obtain the optimal lifecycle time. Numerical examples are given to validate the analysis of the models.
